Meet Your Guide - I’m Jane Pilger
I understand the pain that comes around food during the holidays. My first binge was in October of 1994, months into my first semester of college, on a care package filled with fun-sized candy bars. Surrounded by empty wrappers, I felt broken and ashamed. Little did I know that this moment would kickstart a 25+ year cycle of restricting and binging.
I have eaten bags of candy, boxes of cookies, and endless amounts of “once a year” holiday treats and baked goods. There was a period of time where I couldn’t even imagine being able to enjoy my favorite holiday treats without it leading to a binge cycle that would last for days, weeks or even months.
Now, I absolutely love the holidays and everything that comes with them. My favorite treat is Overnight Wonder (you might know it as monkey bread), which we enjoy on Christmas morning. I am able to enjoy it fully without fear or worry that it will lead to continuing to eat.

Q: When can I schedule my coaching calls?
A: The program is designed to be flexible. Access the online course at your own pace and schedule the coaching calls when it suits you best. Schedule your calls upon purchase, or at your convenience when you need support. Get your first calls scheduled early so that you have a supportive plan in place. I will be out of the country December 7-26, but will still be available for Marco Polo support and I’m confident that you will have everything you need to create your ideal holiday experience during this time.
Q: What if I can't use all my coaching calls before January 10?
A: I encourage you to use all your calls for maximum benefit, but I understand the holidays are busy. Any unused calls will expire after January 10, 2025.

A: Marco Polo is a free app that can be downloaded to your phone. When you enroll you will receive a link to join a private Marco Polo channel with me where you will receive guidance, support and tactical strategies from me each Wednesday.
Q: How do I access the extra support between calls?
A: Your extra support will happen through the Marco Polo private channel. You will have access as soon as you enroll.
Q: Will you offer a package like this again?
