I still vividly remember my first binge – the aftermath of a care package filled with fun-sized candy bars during my first semester in college. Surrounded by empty wrappers, I felt broken and ashamed. Little did I know that this moment would kickstart a 25+ year cycle of restricting and binging.
Over the decades that followed, I tried everything:

I don’t binge. Will this book help me? If you struggle with food this book will help. You do not need to have personal experience with binge eating to benefit from the concepts in the book and support from each call.
Do you provide the book? No. You will purchase the book separately (available on Amazon.)
I’ve already tried so many things—how is this different? This isn’t another quick-fix program. It’s a guided opportunity to take what you’re learning in the book and apply it with expert support and a community of people who understand your challenges. It bridges the gap between knowledge and action.
Do I have to share my personal experiences? No. Sharing is entirely optional. Many participants find value just by listening, learning, and reflecting on their own journey. You can attend anonymously if you prefer or simply watch the replays on your own time.
How much time will I need to commit each week? Each live session is 60 minutes plus the time to read the relevant pages of the book. Beyond that, you’re encouraged to spend time reflecting and implementing what you’ve learned.
