Do you have certain foods you just don’t trust yourself to be around?

Foods that you love, but whenever you eat them, you either can’t stop yourself or you just go numb and eat it all until it’s gone?

Would you like to have a new relationship with this food but don’t even know where to begin?

Join me for the next Peaceful Eater Workshop where you can develop a new relationship with a food you don’t trust yourself to be around.

Workshop Details

  • Tuesday, May 28th

  • 3:30pm PT/4:30pm MT/5:30pm CT/6:30pm ET

  • 1 hour

  • Bring a food that you want to have a new relationship with (ideas might include chips, cookies, cake, popcorn, crackers - anything goes!)

  • I will guide you through an exercise to have a new experience with this food

  • I will support you through any challenges, any fears, and anything that comes up

What You Will Discover

  • How to create an intentional emotional state for yourself

  • The power of a group to regulate your nervous system

  • Tools and tips to create safety with yourself and food

  • An entirely new experience with the food of your choice

Whether this is your first food experiment with me or if you’ve done it multiple times - there is always something new to uncover on your journey with food.
