Looking forward to these changes. I'm still trying to figure out a rhythm with this Substack platform. I'm glad I get the email reminders about the topics.

That’s the beauty of Substack - you can get in the app and see what treasures you can find, or you can just get notified of new activity in your inbox and never go into the app itself. It comes to you!

Jane, peace is key for me. That is what I am looking for and striving for with food, so I love the title as is, but can see the need for connection as well. My suggestion would be "The Peaceful Connection" or "Peace through Connection."

I love this suggestion - thanks Stacey! And I agree - peace is key. For me it's either peace or calm - those two words really resonate. The words for me that I want to be as an eater (and in life!) are calm, connected and confident.

Love this idea. Binging for me , has always just been a symptom. I never knew of what , until I started working with you . Personally I have gained so much with the wider scope of the work we have been doing in Cultivate. Understanding my self and slowly connecting to who I am .

Yes Helda! It absolutely is a symptom - lights on the dashboard. As we talk about in Cultivate - we want to put our brain to work on what we want - not what we don't want! And connection is that thing we are cultivating.

I totally agree with this idea of changing the main focus! When I binge, I learn to understand why with curiosity and compassion - as you teach in the program - but the rest of the time I just want to direct my thoughts to something else and I want to learn to find what brings me the most joy, that makes me want to create and live fully ... and I know it's not binging!
