The intersection of chronic stress, hormonal changes, and midlife chaos makes us especially vulnerable to developing disordered eating patterns once we reach perimenopause. But, if you can recognize the signs, understand that awareness is critical, and gain support from women who have gone through it, you can help keep your relationship with food peaceful during this sometimes turbulent time.
